I do surgery in both New York City (Upper East Side) and Beverly Hills. The cost in NYC is significantly higher because the operating rooms charge more and the anesthesiologists charge about double in NYC compared to the Beverly Hills Anesthesiologists. Rhinoplasty is still an affordable procedure despite the cost of other aesthetic procedures. For a complete rhinoplasty including anesthesia our price is 5250. A revision procedure can cost a little more depending upon the complexity and a limited rhinoplasty can cost significantly less. The nice part of the procedure unlike aging face procedures is that the correction or improvement tends to be permanent making the procedure worthwhile from a cost perspective.

Price varies greatly depending on where you live, who you see and what you need done. Prices for the cosmetic portion can vary from $3500 to $15,000! but for most people seeking a primary rhinoplasty (their first and hopefully only one) the price is around $4500 to $5500. The cost of rhinoplasty depends on geography and what needs to be done. Where I practice, Utah, is relatively well known for affordability and value in plastic surgery. Fees here average $3600-7000. A fairly wide range, I know, but there is a wide range of patient problems and all are very individualized.
